Part of the ranch has the Cedar cleared and part of the ranch the Cedar has been left for game animals. Good hunting area - plenty of Whitetail Deer, Axis Deer, Blackbucks and Turkey. Ranch is perimeter fenced by 4' ranch fencing. Several cross-fenced pastures are also 4' ranch fencing. No nearby game fencing. One pond keeps water year-round with supplemental water from well as needed - nice attraction for the game animals and ducks.
