The ranch is watered by a well with submersible pump located near the cabin. A wet-weather creek traverses the property from North to South and serves as a focal point with its steep bluffs and timbered bottom where pools of water often accumulate. This area could make for a nice impoundment area for more sustainable surface water.
Improvements:
Largely unimproved and ready for your personal touches, the property does have an older hunters cabin/bunk-house which are given no contributory value. Other improvements include interior trails/roads best accessed by 4-wheeler, walking or a side-by-side.
The McGary Ranch has been hunted by friends and family over the years with very little pressure. The large neighbors contribute to good wildlife herds and a regiment of feeding on the ranch has produced some quality animals for decades.
