Moll Farm
Great two pivot farm irrigating approx. 215 acres. The farm has old water rights in the valley at March of 1960. The irrigation well is reported to pump 1400 gallons per minute. There are two homes on the property. The primary residence is 1140 sq ft with two bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath upstairs and a full basement with another bedroom and toilet. There is a enclosed porch on the South end of the home.
The irrigation system consists of one well with a 125 hp electric motor and turbine pump and to Hydralic drive pivots which are older but appear to be in good shape. The pivots have newer drops and nozzels.
