White Oak Woods East
The White Oak Woods tract is located in northern Fairfield County SC, in the historic White Oak community. Situated between Charlotte and Columbia just off I-77. It features scenic, paved road frontage to the tract's north and south, giving it a unique protected footprint with an aspect of seclusion that is getting hard to find in South Carolina. The north side has around a half of a mile of Patrick Road frontage, and the south side has close to a half of a mile of Mobley Road frontage, with a total of two gated entrances. The tract has well-placed interior roads that can get you close to where you want to be, but still allowing areas of remoteness for folks that want to get lost. A custom-built metal bridges crossing Gaydens Creek, allowing you to drive through the tract's interior from the Mobley Road to the Patrick Road.

The tract has o merchantable pine, pre-merchantable pine plantation, and absolutely beautiful hardwood bottoms. Lots of running water, huge red oaks, white oaks and other hardwoods, also over a mile of Gaydens Creek bisects the heart of the property. The tract has an excellent wildlife population. With lots of deer, turkeys, hogs and even fox squirrels. At last count, there were 6 wildlife food plots in place, and lots of wide roadsides that also could be planted. There is also a very old spring that was framed in with very large stones. It even has a stone stairway. From high pine covered hills to beautiful hardwood bottoms, this a special tract. The description does not do this tract justice. It needs to be seen to be truly appreciated.

From Charlotte, take I-77 south to exit 48(Hwy 200) turn right onto Hwy 200, travel 1.8 miles. Take another right onto the Patrick Road and travel 4.5 miles. The tract will be on the left side of the road. There is one gated entrance off the Patrick Road that allows access to the north side of the tract. To access the south side of the tract, stay on Hwy 200 and take a right onto the Mobley Hwy. Travel 3.9 miles and the tract will be on the right. There is one access road with a gate off the Mobley Hwy.
From Columbia, take I-77 north to exit 46(Camp Welfare Road). Take left onto the Camp Welfare Road heading west. When you cross over Hwy 200 the road name changes to the Mobley Hwy. Keep traveling and the tract will be on the right, just before you get to the White Oak Conference Center. The tract is approximately 6 miles from I-77.
