Location: Located roughly 5 miles West of the Town of Winnsboro on SC Hwy 34 (also known as Newberry Road).
Terrain: Rolling topography is common in this area. Roughly 1-2 acres are level at the top portion of this property, the remaining acreage gradually slopes downhill towards the watershed, some of which is located within the watershed. It is densely populated with a mixture of vegetation.
