Close by the food plots, there is big mast-producing oak trees. Also, in the spring of 2022, there was a mixture of pear, apple, and chestnut trees planted for future drawing power. Hurricane Creek also runs through the property.
The farm features 3 points of access which are great for accessing different stand locations for different wind directions.
