Located on Highway 14, an extremely busy road, in downtown Wortham, the metal building with 1800' was built in 2004. It
would be a great retail, restaurant, donut shop, etc location.
It is mostly open with a restroom and central heat and air.
There is a posibility of addition parking. The Methodist Church owns the lots behind it and are planning a parking lot. Perhaps some kind of co-op on the parking lot could be done for mutual use.
ALSO, The Wortham EDC is encouraging business development and might give some aid to establish.
