Any negatives? Location is at the far eastern edge of Squaw Valley, so commute time to the valley is a bit longer, but still under an hour. The pad and drive are a bit overgrown with vegetation since being constructed, but nothing very severe.

The seller is willing to consider carrying paper for a qualified buyer with an acceptable down payment. Come take a look.
