There are numerous massive rock outcroppings and, if you look close, you'll see some Indian grinding holes. Why? Perhaps due to the spring in the creek that flows through the property. How about any negatives? Location is about 8 miles from Hwy 180, so commute time to the valley is a bit longer. The carpets are okay but not terrific. The landscaping is very nice but a bit overgrown and it needs some attention. Parking by the house is somewhat cramped but there is a lower level off of the drive that provides additional area to park.
