The wildlife habitat looks great and this area has always been known for having an abundant supply of trophy deer and turkeys. The big draw in the middle looks like an incredible honey hole to set up over. The pond could also be used for duck hunting and fishing, or even made bigger to allow more opportunities. My mind races when I think of all the different hunting setups that are possible on this property.
Another bonus is that this property exceeds the eighty acre minimum for the non-resident landowner deer tag requirement.
The history is obvious on this property, and as is common in the area. An old rock fence used by the early settlers still di-sects the property in several locaitons.
