LAND
The owners have been good stewards of the land and have selectively removed cedar over the years. Other areas have been left undisturbed, which has left exceptional cover for the native wildlife. Wildlife is in abundance with frequent sightings of whitetail deer, turkey, dove and feral hogs.

There is one operational water well on the ranch. The State Well Log indicates the well is capable of producing 100+/- GPM at 700'+/- deep.
