Wynooche Riverfront Timberland and Recreational Tract

80 +/- acre timberland and recreation tract located behind a locked gate in the upper Wynooche Valley. It is also within 24 miles, or a 42-minute drive, of the City of Montesano. The land has a varied topography and an estimated 1,890 feet of Wynooche River frontage. The property consists of a young-age class conifer and hardwood stand on primarily site class II soils. A rocked all weather road runs through the property. A partially torn down framed shipping container structure is located on the property. There are also two small storage buildings on the property.
