Every year the owners have raised 3 or 4 young steers in the 4-acre fenced paddock on Tater Hill. Water is provided to a trough system by a developed spring with two 1,000-gallon tanks for storage. This paddock could also be a great field for horses or other farm animals.

The property has several pond sites including a perfect site between the farmhouse and barn. A small pond just above the workshop is filled with cattails and is a favorite place for Red-winged Blackbirds and song birds.

Several century-old trees can be found scattered throughout the forest and field edges. Tater Hill Farm is located in Greenbrier County near the small farming community of Frankford, WV. Property has approximately mile of frontage on Chestnut Flat Road (Co. Route 19/3), a paved, state-maintained road with mail delivery and school bus service.

A recent survey of the entire property was conducted in January 2004 by Charles W. Smith, Greenbrier Surveying. The survey is of two tracts, 82.881 acres and 0.502 acres, for a total of 83.383 acres.

MINERAL RESOURCES

The mineral rights, including coal, oil and gas, sand and stone rights will convey with the property. There are no leases currently let on the property.
