It is gorgeous land with plenty of wildlife (for hunting or just general enjoyment). The property is centrally located in NM, so you are effectively no more than a 2 hour drive from Santa Fe (NW), Taos (NE), Roswell/Carlsbad (SE) and White Sands/Socorro (SW). The land is only ~10 miles from Route 40 (old route 66) and the closest good-sized town is Santa Rosa, which is ~30 miles east of the property, so easy to get to. There are lots of fun places to visit like the Blue Hole and Billy the Kids tomb, and NM is loaded with history.
Beautiful high desert with abundant pine and fir trees, along with various cactus species and tall grasses. Lots of wild game too. The topography of the land makes it perfectly suited for solar and wind power.
