This 480+/- acre farm features three consecutive circles running north and south, with roughly 1200 gpm between 10 wells. The land was under hay grazer last year.

All three circles feature mid 2000s model Zimmatic green box quarter mile pivots.

The northern most quarter features 4 wells at an estimated 435-450 gpm. The middle circle features 3 wells also at an estimated 435-450 gpm, and the southern most circle also has 3 wells at an estimated 320 gpm.

The soil features roughly 30% circleback fine sand, 30% Amarillo loamy fine sand, as well as roughly 18% posey fine sand. Brownfield and Springer sand are also present.
