4. Many of the interior doors are recycled from an old demolished hotel in downtown Fort Worth built about a century ago.
5. The hand-cut pine flooring is made of 2 thick planks that came from trees growing in Ruidoso, NM.
6. The front door is handmade from the same Ruidoso wood.
7. An antique chandelier in the front entryway is from a home built in Corpus Christi in the early 1900s.
8. Interior glass doors are from the same Corpus Christi house.
9. The barn wood and tin trim in the den and kitchen are from cattle pens and barns built in the 1930s. These barns and pens were located on a local Hamilton ranch.
10. All the rocks used on the fireplace as well as on the walls inside and out were picked up one at a time from Hamilton pastures.
