Unimproved Land - Quanah, TX

Hooleyan (Hoo-lee-ann) is a 308.86 acre piece of the Red River Valley in

northern Hardeman County, Texas. Featuring gently rolling plains, sandy soils,

and an incredible diversity of plants, trees, and shrubs, this ranch sits

approximately 26 miles northwest of Quanah, Texas, 21 miles northeast of

Childress, Texas, and 4 miles south of the Red River (Oklahoma).
