LOCATION: Located on the northern slope of the Sans Bois Mountains, Haskell County, Oklahoma, approximately 3 miles South of LeQuire. LeQuire is less than 8 miles west of McCurtain, a small rural community with several small service businesses, police patrol, K-12 public school and several churches.
ACCESS: County maintained road. An abandoned location road gives good access to the center portion of the property, with an old logging road extending even further to the southern portion of the property.

SITE: 75 acres m/l of very diverse terrain. The northern half is fairly flat and gently sloping, with the south half a slightly stronger slope dropping off toward Camp Creek. Excellent sites for cabins.

This property lays on the northern slopes of some of the beautiful mountains for which Southeast Oklahoma is known.
