Hunting: Wildlife is plentiful in the area and includes whitetail deer, feral hogs, bobwhite quail, and numerous varmints. Dove hunting in this area is also excellent.
Minerals: Seller believes to own 25%, Minerals negotiable with an acceptable contract.
