Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of the Blevins 70 Tract (Listing #4787) described as NW of SE, Part of frl. SW of NE, Section 21, Township 10 South, Range 23 West, containing a total of 70 acres, more or less, Hempstead County, Arkansas (see attached maps).
The tract is located about five (5) miles northwest of Prescott and six (6) miles east of Blevins. Access is via woods road through adjoining timberland from north. Timber consists of 49 acres of well-stocked, merchantable 2003 loblolly pine plantation and 21 acres of native hardwood and pine within Streamside Management Zone. Kingwood Forestry conducted an inventory of 2003 pine plantation with two cruise lines running north and south in November, 2019. Based on the inventory, estimated tree counts and timber volumes are as follows:
Pine Sawtimber: 582 Tons
Pine CNS: 815 Tons
Pine Pulpwood: 4,324 Tons
Oak Sawtimber: 238 Tons
Gum & Misc. Sawtimber: 159 Tons
Hardwood Pulpwood: 644 Tons
