Kubie Estates is an easy 15-20 min drive SW of Lubbock, west of Ropesville, TX on Paved FM 41.
HOW BIG IS EACH LOT? HOW MUCH IS EACH LOT?

WHAT KIND OF ACCESS IS THERE?
Every lot has all-weather road frontage. Lots on FM 41 have paved frontage. Luke and Mark Street currently have all-weather chip and seal frontage.
WHAT KIND OF WATER IS AVAILABLE?
Every lot owner is responsible for their own well drilling and will enjoy the freedom of their own water. Water production in the area is very good, yielding on average of 13 gallons per minute, with an average well depth around 170 ft (with a 1.5 hp pump restriction). IS NATURAL GAS AVAILABLE?

IS LIVESTOCK ALLOWED?

No. To keep a nice and upscale neighborhood, barndos and mobile homes are not allowed.

Annual property taxes vary on lot size and number of structures. the current tax rate in the area is 2.374583. So for example, if your lot is valued at $60,000 by the appraisal district, your annual bill would be $1,424.75. Other Texas Property exemptions, such as homestead and Over 65 exemptions, can apply too.
DO I HAVE TO FENCE THE BOUNDARIES OF MY PROPERTY?
