This property is located in Hot Spring County, just southwest of Malvern. This property has been in timber production, but with the timber recently harvested the land could easily be converted in pasture ground. Most of the surrounding properties are in productive cattle ranches. There are several creeks located on the tract and the Ouachita River is located just west of the property. About 80 acres +/- in the central section of the property holds water through out the year and is known to keep ducks in the winter. The hardwoods that run along the western property line show tons of white tail sign. County Road 32 goes down the western portion of the property and is also the southern boundary. The county road is in good shape and provides electricity to the area.
