Great recreational area! 80+/- acres with a Pine plantation on it. Property has seasonal road access off of Jacobsville Road. First portion of pine plantation was done in 1960-1964 and has diameters of 12" - 18" and 35'-40' long. Second planting was done in approx 1968 and have diameters between 8" and 10". This information is an estimate only and was reviewed in approx. 2003. There are also some Red Pine, White Spruce, Spruce and Tamarack. In 2014 and 2015 some telephone pole sized trees were harvested (approx. 68) and some pulp removed. The property have been cleaned up nicely, the road improved some.
