The air is clean, the water is clear, and there is basically no pollution and no crime here. The sunsets are as beautiful as you will ever see. The night sky is so clear you will be amazed by how many stars you can see.
The attitude is very much "live and let live". In the rural areas where most of our properties are located you are free to build or not build as you see fit.
