  Greenhorn Mountain Ranch is about 5 miles northwest of Gardner, Colorado, an unincorporated town of about 85 with a preK through 8th grade school, two churches, a bar, a convenience store and a fire station.  The location looks out on Greenhorn, the Spanish Peaks and the Sangre de Cristos. Elk are abundant just east of the property in the Greenhorn Wilderness, and to the west in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.  

There are two homes on the property: the main 4 bedroom, 5 bath home (4268 Sq. Ft.) with a two car attached garage, and the office/shop with kitchen (1600 Sq.
