Barns Farm

The Barns Farm is located in the northwestern portion of Hutchison County, Texas and is 11.5 miles due east of Sunray Texas on paved farm to market road 281.

This 450 +/- acre farm is located on the east side of Section 2, Block M-16 AB&M Survey, Hutchison County. Soils are considered to be of good quality, and are classified as Sherm clay loam, with a majority of soils being 0 to 1% slope.

The farm is currently being operated by the tenant as a dryland farm. No water wells are located on the property to our knowledge.

There are scattered oil, gas and injection wells located on the property, however it is being offered as surface only. All owned wind generation royalty rights will convey. There are no structural improvements on the farm.
