Waterfowl Property Adjacent To National Wildlife Refuge In Northeast NC

This area is already known for its excellent waterfowl hunting. The fact that it’s adjacent to the Swanquarter National Wildlife refuge makes this particular property that much more attractive! The potholes on this tract have a history of holding excellent numbers of ducks. When the water on the Pamlico Sound is rough, these sheltered areas make a great place for the birds to seek calmer waters. You’ll want to be in place when they lock up, feet-down, ready to land in your decoys! Primary access to this property is from the state-maintained Hydeland Canal boat ramp, via Juniper Creek.
