Excellent Mostly High Ground Timbered Property With Trails Throughout
This is an all-around top-notch property! The ground is primarily high ground except for a couple of lower areas. The high ground has excellent wide trails that cut throughout leading to virtually all areas of the property for excellent access to various areas. The timber is a mix of aspen, birch, maple, ash. It also has a great blend of coniferous trees. There's a large powerline cutting across the northernmost parcel, which I saw several deer cross when I was out walking the property. This powerline cut would be an excellent spot to set up a couple of tower stands to watch over and catch deer crossing the cut. It would also be a great area to plant some food plots given its open nature already. In the timbered areas, there are some spots a person could clear out and create smaller food plot areas if desired. The property has a gate out by the road. From there, the trail through the property starts. A person could come in by the gate and go in and create a spot to bring in a camper or potentially build a cabin or home. There are already a couple of super nice openings on that trail, little ways in off the road that might work perfectly.
