The Swift Creek Ranch consist of 838 acres in northern Jack County. It is one of the nicer large raw land tracts currently available in the area. It is located 15 miles northwest of Jacksboro and just a short hour and a half drive northwest of Fort Worth.

The land is primarily heavily wooded with oaks and scattered mesquites. With a good balance of natural cleared areas. The terrain is gently rolling across most of the ranch with nearly 11 foot in elevation change. Near the center of the property is the highest elevation points.
