Approximately 200 acres of timberland, camp, lake, and outbuildings located in Jasper County close to Heidelberg, MS less than 5 minutes from I59. A metal building serves as a camp house. The Camp is a 40x80 red metal building and 1800 sq feet has central air. The finished area of the camp is 30x30 with a kitchen, living area, bath, and loft for beds. The other 30x30 area is for storage, pool table, washer/drter, and ice maker. The building also has a propane generator. Below the camp is a small stocked lake with a 5' x 60' metal pier and a 20x20 red metal open shed on a slab. Behind the camp is another red metal building that is 30x40. Under this building is 2 40' containers where you can store atv's and hunting supplies. The trees were planted last year.
