The ground is currently being used to grow corn silage which can be stored on the 10-15,000 ton asphalt storage pad, with additional storage available if needed. The established lagoon and solids basins allow for proper waste management through a manure separator system.

The 72 foot Cardinal scale is equipped with WeighComp technology, allowing the farm to track feed ingredient tonnage, as well as store it in separated bays in the commodity barn. A WeighComp mixer wagon is also utilized to prepare cow feed rations depending on the herd needs. The addition of 2 FAN manure presses has allowed the farm to be more efficient with creating cow bedding. A Mueller Accu-Therm milk chiller was added almost 2 years ago to allow milk to be cooled to 34 degrees upon reaching the 3,000 and 6,000 gallon milk coolers.
