Note from Mark Hubbard: It is with some emotion and great pride that we offer the Armagosa Ranch to you. I became personally involved with this ranch almost 15 years ago helping a great friend to develop the deer herd. We started with four DMP pens and TTT does from names like Berry, Long, and Wheeler. Only the finest breeder bucks were used. The result is one of the finest deer herds you will find. This ranch consistently produces 200 TYPICALS ! No expenses were spared in habitat work, water development etc.. Not only one of my sons, but also two very good friends have worked as foremen and wildlife managers on this ranch. The wildlife program is second to none. Deer, dove, quail, turkey, and duck hunting are exceptional. Much of the ranch is meticulously manicured into motte country after many years of roller chopping. The improvements are very functional and very tasteful, but are not overdone. This one is special.
