The Armstrong Ranch is an excellent, well-balanced property with a total of 2,516.80 acres located just eight miles east of Kaycee, Wyoming. There are approximately 2,051 deeded acres of which 80 acres are flood-irrigated. The balance of the deeded acres along with the 438.8 acres of State and 27 acres of BLM lease lands are in native pastures with some cottonwood-lined river bottoms which provide exceptional protection.
