Rising from the valley floor the ranches lower pastures flow to the distinguished Red Hill rim that acts as a natural transition into the high lush grass meadows complete with sprawling views. Perimeter fencing is currently in place and there are multiple scenic and secluded building sites with nearby power.
Currently utilized for summer cattle pasture, there is a developed spring in the lower pasture and a solar well in the upper pasture.
