This is one of the best Silver Fishing areas in Alaska. I have personally caught Silver Salmon on a fly rod from the beach in front of this lodge. Bear viewing happens daily. This is a magical spot that is remote but not that far off the beaten path. The Main Lodge consists of the following buildings and inventory: Main Lodge is 18'x30' and features log construction, wood heat, kitchen, dining room, bathroom with sink, shower and flush toilet and a loft bedroom with king sized bed. Moose Cabin is 10'x12' and features log construction, bunk beds, portable toilet and propane heat. Bear Cabin is 12'x16' and features log construction, a king size bed, wood stove, portable toilet, counter bar and wardrobe closet. Fish Cabin is 12'x14' and features log construction, double bunk beds, wood stove, and portable toilet. Gear/Guest Cabin is 12'x20' and is unfinished. Guest/Workers Cabin is 16'x20' and features a wood stove, four double bunk beds, propane stove, refrigerator, storage area and gorgeous wood floors. Bath House features log construction and has a flush toilet and sink at one end, dressing room in the middle with a sauna/shower on the other end of the building. Metal Storage Shed is 12'x36'. It is used to store boats, lumber, crab pots, and lawn equipment. Picnic Shelter is 16'x20'. Root Cellar is located under ground by the picnic shelter. It is 8'x8' and allows the storage of fresh produce in the summer and can goods in the winter. Tool Shed is 12'x12' and contains numerous tools, three generators, battery bank for Trace inverter, and two freezers. Two 90 watt solar panels are mounted on the roof and a 403 Southwest 400 watt wind generator is located next to this building. Wood Shed with a metal roof is 8'x12' Metal Boat Storage Shed is 10'x20' Smoke House will smoke 10 Silver Salmon at a time. This property comes with a very extensive list of Equipment and Supplies.
