The 851 ranch is a well maintained, private hunting retreat on The Divide in Mountain Home, TX. Located in western Kerr County, this is a region steeped in game ranches and prime hunting.

The home is situated atop a hill at the rear of the property, providing excellent views over the ranch and beyond. The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, double wide manufactured home with covered porches and a two car carport detached. Nice updates provide comfortable accommodations to the property, with 1,734 square feet of living space.
The shop and guest house are just down the hill from the main home. The insulated shop is 40 x 60 with a walk-in cooler, two roll up doors and deer cleaning station. The guest house is 504 sf, and has been nicely updated to accommodate additional guests. Youll also find a hay barn and bulk corn and protein storage in this operational area of the ranch.
