Four miles to Center Point, eight miles to downtown Kerrville, 32 miles to Fredericksburg, 46 miles to The Shops at La Cantera in San Antonio, 60 miles to downtown San Antonio. Four miles to Kerrville Municipal Airport, 58 miles to San Antonio International Airport.

From San Antonio, head northwest on I-10. In Comfort, take Hwy 27 west to Center Point. Turn left on Bowlin Dr, then right on Center Point River Rd. In 2.5 miles turn left on Turner Lane [paved county road]. Cross Turtle Creek and enter the property through the locked gate on the left (Double O Ranch Rd).

From Austin, head to Fredericksburg and take a left on Hwy 16 S. Cross under I-10 in Kerrville and turn left on Veterans Hwy (534). Turn left at dead end on Bandera Hwy (173). In 4.4 miles turn left on Center Point River Rd, then right on Turner Ln in 1.4 miles. Cross Turtle Creek and enter the property through the locked gate on the left (Double O Ranch Rd).

Four miles to Center Point, eight miles to downtown Kerrville. Center Point River Road from Hwy. 173 [Bandera Hwy.] to Center Point; south on Turner Lane which dead-ends into the property.
