Productive Hunting Tract With Excellent Access In The Black Ash

The Black Ash swamp is well known to hold solid numbers of deer; large bucks are taken yearly in the swamp due to how vast and gnarly it is. Accessibility on some parcels is sometimes a larger challenge than seeing deer. This parcel has a deeded easement through a field that gets you to within approximately 1/8th of a mile from the parcel once you enter the timber. A short walk down a ditch bank will take you to the southeast corner of this acreage.
