: The ranch has a total of 3,649 more or less acres which includes 300.19 cropland acres shown from Farm Service Agency records, approximately 250 acres of bromine fields, cane, grass hay crop with balance as hard grass grazing ground, improvements, abundant ponds, creeks, rivers, and trees. Approximately one mile of Niobrara River frontage runs along the south boundary and spring fed Jewett Creek runs through the heart of the ranch. On the northern part of the ranch there are three submersible wells and no pipeline (one feeds the tenant/guest house, one feeds the new house- registered 22 gpm, and one feeds the tank).
