McPherson Ranch

The McPherson Ranch runs in the McMullen Valley and is bisected by Centennial Wash at elevations of 1,950' to 2,100'. This is a well kept functional desert ranch with a lot of water and feed along the Centennial Wash, this is not common on a lot of other desert ranches. It has 179.92 deeded acres with US 60 frontage that could possibly be used for other uses (seasonal RV park for example), the BLM allotment is 22,649 acres and the state lease is 6,973 acres.
