Kennel Shop:
The original structure is 24x60 with half bath and concrete floor. Sellers added another 24x12 space including a 12x12 paint room w explosion proof exhaust fan and a 12x12 lumber room. Also attached to the structure is the concrete indoor/outdoor kennels with accommodations for 4 large dogs. All concrete inside and out 4 high concrete walls with chain-link fencing for kennels. Seller says the 4' concrete walls keep the dogs from arguing with each other. The structure is insulated and has a sub-panel off the house for it's own system for 220 and 110 wiring.
Brooder House:
The brooder house is insulated with wood floor and the facility includes a flight pen for raising game birds. Sellers raised quail, but think a person could run pheasants, pigeons...etc.

Fencing:
In the past the property was fenced with electric fencing. The wire has since been partially removed but there are some posts still in place. The property would need to be re-fenced for incoming livestock.
Utilities:
Electricity is provided by Lane Electric Sellers are on a monthly payment plan at $200 per month. For internet service, Sellers used a jet pack/hot spot unit w their cell phone plan and other neighbors in the area use satellite internet options like Hughes Net.
Domestic Water:
Sellers had a new well installed in 2007. Well log on file shows 25gpm at time of installation. New well head is on the west side of the pump house. The original well was still working at the time and is located under the pump house. No well log was found for this well.
Septic:
The septic tank for the home is located on the west side of the home on the south side of the stairs..10 to 15 feet out and the drain field heads south. RV septic tank located on the south side of kennel and the drain field heads south.
Trees and Timber:
May be some fruit trees at the back of the property that. Only the deer will know.....as per Sellers.
Wildlife:
Seller have seen deer, fox, coyotes, possum, raccoons, skunks, cooper hawks, and many different types of birds
