There are a number of old rubs to be found both along the woods edge and on the poplars that live in the eastern wet area. Thinking that wet area functions as an awesome wildlife hang out. Many places in there look like theyd be seasonally wet but not a full on flood. Places that deer love to bed / rest in as folks usually leave them alone in there. Good place for both waterfowl and many types of birds too.
This one I believe will make somebody a nice building spot too. The land is rolling and high along the west side and slopes to the east. Could be a heck of a place to build with a big deck facing north and east to watch the wildlife doing their thing.
As usual, the aerial is estimated and the address is pretty darn close. Well, close enough for you to see my real estate sign. Youll need an agent and an appointment to be on the property and please stay off the farmland with any vehicles. Park in the driveway and walk back.
