SITE: 45 acres M/L of a diverse terrain offering excellent wildlife habitat potential, timber and recreational use. This is a significant drainage system, eventually turning into Mill Creek, the main tributary to Quinton City Lake. The terrain is flat along the bottom with over a 160 rise to the highest peak on the west side and east sides. Dropping off the south slope of Iron Post will tale you into the Robbers Cave State Park, just a little over a mile distance as the crow flies.

COMMENTS: An isolated tract for privacy and outdoor enjoyment. This is a good opportunity to own your own hunting and get-a-way-from-it-all at a decent price.
