From Houston drive west on IH 10 to Schulenburg, exit at US 77, go south to US 90, turn right (west) and proceed about 10 miles to FM 1295. At FM 1295 turn left (south) and drive 12 miles to property. From Austin or San Antonio drive east on IH 10 to Flatonia, exit right at SH 95, drive south about 8 miles to Moulton, turn left and drive (east) about 6 miles on FM 532 to FM 1295.
