Terrain: Rising to 2,562 ft Sugar Loaf Mountain is the dominant feature of this property. Ranch drops in all directions down to below 1,000 ft. Ranch has numerous terrain features such as draws, spurs, saddles which creates much diversity of terrain on the ranch.

Game: Whitetail Deer, Bear, Eastern Wild Turkey, Hog and non-game species such as Bobcat, Coyote, Fox also reside on the ranch. Leflore county also dominates the Black Bear category, leading Oklahoma in total harvest every year in Oklahoma's modern Black Bear season.
