One of the highlights of this property is its natural spring water source. You'll have access to fresh, clean water straight from the earth, with no need for a well or other artificial water source. And when nature calls, you won't have to rough it the cabin features a fully functioning toilet in the outhouse behind the main building, complete with a septic tank!

But just because you're living off-grid doesn't mean you have to sacrifice modern comforts. This cabin is wired for lights, so you can see your way around even on the darkest nights. The sink, shower, and even window A/C units and ceiling fans are all powered by a battery and/or generator! There is a wood burning stove to keep the cabin warm, and when it's time to cook, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips - The kitchen stove and oven run on propane!

Road access is a dirt road and truck or similar type vehicle is preferred but not required for access to the property! Approximately 40 minutes from Poteau and approx. 3.5 hours from DFW!
