Kamiah sits in a valley along the banks of the Clearwater River surrounded by the mountains. Historically, this town once was a winter home for members of the Nez Perce tribe and it was a long-term campsite for Lewis and Clark. Today the area is a hot spot for recreational activities such as fishing, hunting, rafting, backpacking and camping. Access to the Clearwater National Forest is only approx. 30 minutes away along the beautiful Northwest Passage Scenic Byway.
This community offers a variety of year round events for its residents including the Annual Buttermilk Festival, a bluegrass music festival, rodeos, and the annual Kamiah BBQ Days to name few.

Directions: From ID-162 (Pine St) in Kamiah go west on Hopoch Hill Rd. Take a sharp left onto S Peach and a sharp right onto Baker Rd. Take the first left onto Crest, the house is on the left.
