The property is mostly wooded with mature beech, maple, cherry and birch forest and over a thousand acres of state hunting grounds are within a 10-minute walk. The 5 acres offers frontage on a seasonal town road with direct access to the NYS network of groomed snowmobile trails. Located in New York's Tug Hill region, Osceola is well known for excellent hunting. Also, the nearby Salmon River Reservoir offers swimming, boating and fishing.
