Click here to watch a video of this property:[link removed] This is an excellent Section of range located in the hardland canyons South of Brady in Lincoln County. This section has been burned for cedar control and looks like the canyon ground from 30 years ago, before the invasive cedars began creating impenetrable forests where grasslands once flourished. The property has been well-maintained and conservatively grazed. The fences around the entire perimeter are in good to great shape. There are a few stock dams scattered through the property that are still holding last years rain runoff. There is a solar well centrally located that fills three cascading 11 tanks. The bottoms on this section are very wide and lush, and therefore the stocking rate can be a little higher on this section then on many others in the area. The property is owner rated at 80-90 pair for five months of summer grazing. Mule Deer are prevalent on this property and it is in the Elk Zone. The Sellers have provided photos of herds of deer present on their property and in the immediate area, as well as numerous elk. There are easements crossing this property from the north to the south and from east to west. The nature of the canyons and ridges can make it impossible for a landowner to reach a well or livestock on his own property without traversing across a neighboring property to be able to get to it.
