This ranch is located near Echo Reservior approx. 7 miles East of Pioche, Nevada. It is approx. 720 deeded acres of which approx. 211 acres is in crop (Alfalfa) , another 135 water righted acres that are fallow and another 451 acres that are native rangeland. In addition to the underground water rights the ranch has the 67.20 AF of water rights from Flatnose Spring. According to the appraisal the spring is appox. 600 gpm. The Spring runs into a 10" PVC Pipe that feeds the hand lines and runs into the mainline which runs the full length of the property. This is a portion of a larger ranch split by the family. There are 3 wells that are approx. 300' deep each and supply the system with approx. 2000 gallons per minute of water.

Signs of elk are on the ranch with trees broomed and fresh elk tracks visible. The area has trophy mule deer as well. Echo reservoir is a short distance from the ranch where you can fish for trout and bass. Elevation is between 5400 and 5500 feet.
Growing season is approx.120 days.
